Hello Friends and Happy Valentines Day Weekend!

We hope your weekend is full of whatever it is that you love, whether you love the holiday or hate the holiday. We’re going to send you in to day with two author short stories tomorrow. Our theme of the month for author writing prompts was Love, and our author family has been writing away. We saved them just for Valentine’s Day as our little present of love to you!

Now get ready to meet our newest author, César Luis Baquerizo!

César Luis Baquerizo hails from Ecuador and his novel, A Safe Place With You,  will debut in June of 2016. We were lucky to pick up the English translation rights after his initial print in Spanish.

His book is an LGBT piece that explores life in a country where LGBT is far from accepted, in a time when it was still hush-hush around the world. We read his manuscript, we loved it, and we’re still trying to figure out how to talk to you about it without spoiling the reading opportunity!

We are certainly bless with the authors that have come our way and we’ve been fortunate to work with. César is another author who embodies that tenacious drive and fierce desire to succeed carried by our author family. He was persistent and approachable, friendly but strong. He knew what he wanted, and he’s already well into the steps of getting there.

A Safe Place With You has been getting strong attentionand opened up discussions with a variety of different media and review sources. It just needed to be brought to the readers in English. We are so thankful to have met César, and we think his story will surprise you, and make you fall in love with him like we did.  He is anything but ordinary, and he is the perfect addition to our family of stand out authors.
